Jayco Presents Multiple Awards to Dealers using Lightspeed
At Lightspeed, we do everything we can to help our customers streamline their business operations and help dealers stay connected with both their inventory as well as their customers. It’s always a great honor to be recognized by industry leaders, especially at the Jayco 2023 Dealership Homecoming. At the show, a few of our dealers who use Lightspeed celebrated momentous milestones and received awards from Jayco, a leading Recreational Vehicle (RV) manufacturer.
TerryTown RV
Jayco’s most prestigious recognition, the Founder’s Award, was presented to TerryTown RV of Grand Rapids, Michigan, with representatives Connie, Gabrielle and Tom Selvius in attendance. According to a press release from RV Business, this award, established in 2002, honors a dealership whose ownership and management consistently reflect a dedication to outstanding sales and customer support and who, over an extended period of time, have demonstrated loyalty and commitment to Jayco, whose professional operations have brought credit to Jayco and the RV industry, and embodies the spirit of the founders of Jayco.
TerryTown RV has more than 600 units at their facility, and within the last year have opened up the world’s largest RV showroom. Serving all of the major markets across the state of Michigan, TerryTown RV relies on Lightspeed to automate a lot of their day-to-day functions including dealer trading, reporting features (weekly, monthly, and yearly), and staying more organized with inventory. We recently went to TerryTown RV to capture the various ways Lightspeed works specifically for their business.
“The integration, the flexibility, the way the departments all work really well together using lightspeed would be the number one thing to consider when you’re looking at a new DMS,” said Matt Kortman, Sales Development Manager of TerryTown RV.

At the event, Jayco also recognized its top volume dealerships, including its towable segment’s No.1-ranking Sicard RV in Smithville, Ontario – which also earned the manufacturer’s Combined Overall Jayco Dealer award.
