Award recipients were honored during the RVDA Spotlight on Excellence Luncheon
LAS VEGAS, NV – November 7, 2023 – Lightspeed, a leading provider of RV dealership management software, has announced the winners of its second annual RV Dealership RECT (Repair Event Cycle Time) Excellence Awards. The winners were recognized during the RVDA’s 2023 RV Dealers Convention Spotlight on Excellence luncheon held in Las Vegas, Nevada on November 7, 2023.
The awards celebrate the achievements and efforts of five award-winning RV dealerships in reducing RECT time and improving customer service. These dealerships span locations across the US and represent a wide range of dealership size and RV expertise.

The recipients were chosen based on year-over-year improvement in reducing RECT time, which is vital for successful dealerships in the RV industry.
