3.8.2011: Ilse to discuss with Hugo

There is a need to make a new policy web page or revise the policy section on the about page based on the existing OAI policy page and maybe the OpenDOAR policy tool (see draft), in order to make the policy more accessible. The OAI policy contains policies (for usage etc.) that are not mentioned on the web pages. The OpenDOAR takes up a few issues not specified in the existing policies.

Make after version 3 upgrade.
