Changes to phrases suggested on the country editor course, Foulum 5–6 september 2005:

• Add help text to Leader: Title field is optional (like for Authors.

• Add help text on the page for uploading documents: Protect or delete email addresses in the document to avoid risks of email spam.

• Add help text to keywords: Words in summary and title can also be searched, so not strictly necessary to repeat them here.

• The button to add a document should be “Add document version or format” or something instead of Add format…

• On eprint type selection page - delete

the help text to programme etc saying “”PROGRAMME will be added to the title” - it is confusing people.

• List of organisation types: “Research funding agencies” change to “Research funding bodies”.

• Add definition of what facilities are wanted in the help text (on Eprint type selection page or in relation to the field for choosing facility type?).

• Using the words organization and institution. Should we use both terms with a backslash?

Before the workshop Ute suggested to update the description of the archive on the front page to:

• Organic Eprints is an international open access archive for papers and projects related to research in organic agriculture. The archive contains full-text papers in electronic form together with bibliographic information, abstracts and other metadata about organizations, projects and facilities in the context of organic farming research.
