Description:
The layout of the subscription alerts (body of the mail messages) is not user-friendly. Sensible changes include:

- listing new entries at the top of the mail, before the details of the subscription are listed
- Structuring the adress and information at the bottom of the subscription alerts, e.g. with paragraphs / line breaks

Implemtation

Implemented as suggested on german subscription mails - if desired we can implement it in the english mails as well
