Description:
The eprint type “project description” could be seen as an “envelope” for all publications in orgprints which have been published in the project (e.g. reports, journal articles, books). In discussion with Ute Williges and Helga Willer, we found two possible options how to achieve this in a user-friendly way:
EITHER (“deluxe version”)
- The eprint numbers of relevant publications can be entered into additional fields → the PROJECT metadata summary page then contains the short bibliographic information of all relevant publications; the metadata summary pages of all relevant documtents then contain the short bibliographic information of the PROJECT page (similar to the effect of the page “Succession/Commentary”)
OR (“economy version”)
- The possibility to create “labelled links” instead of displaying the naked URL is added to the feature “Online Context”. Then, the URL of a search leading to all relevant publications (e.g. by means of suitable Keywords) can be entered here and labelled.
