Changes to existing phrases (including special case phrases for different eprint types)

• Please make the German translation
  • It would be helpful if the translated phrases were added in a copy of the new english phrases (see example in the first set of phrases).
  • But if this is not doable, just add the new German phrase below the appropriate new english phrase line.
• If you think the English phrase should be changed, please write the suggested phrase below the appropriate phrase line.
• Note that special case phrases can now be made for different eprint types - we might want to do that in other places as well.
