Description:
An Organisation entry mask (= eprint type) exists. The name ‘Institution’ has been suggested, but for research ‘Institute’ is much more used, and for funding bodies, etc, ‘Organisation’ seems a more appropriate. Comments?

The changes include:

1. New field ‘Type of organisation’ added like SET with options: University (institute), State research institute, Private research institute, Research funding agency
   • Comments on the types and names welcome - I tried to locate the EU typology for research institutes, but did not find it.
   • To be added in different places like described for projects (see 00004)
2. Homepage. Same as for projects.
3. Contact details by way of website and/or leader name (see 00003) - easier to keep the information up to date and correct when it is in places that the relevant party is responsible for.
4. Links to facilities, projects and publications are provided by way of links to the institution category in the affiliation browse tree.
5. It will not be required to upload documents (see 00010)
