The presentation regards a Global analysis on the GIs system and his impact on sustainability. It’s interesting for the project, to compare different issues analysed in that research (stakeholders motives to start GIs system, scaling up, market structures, legal situation, policy, success factors and effects, impact on sustainability) with other food quality systems (ex: organic).
